Taller práctico : desenmascarando los medios

Abstract

Esta experiencia relata una actividad educativa sobre educación en medios realizada en la asignatura optativa ‘Alfabetización Mediática’, optativa en 4º curso del Grado de Periodismo. El objetivo que se ha pretendido alcanzar es diseñar un taller práctico dirigido a estudiantes de 3º, 4º de ESO y de 1º de Bachillerato, identificados con Altas Capacidades Intelectuales. Los propios estudiantes de periodismo han sido los promotores de esta actividad, diseñándola e impartiéndola, bajo la dirección de la profesora Laura López Romero, dentro del proyecto de investigación MENTORAC-UMA, orientado a atender a alumnos y alumnas con AACCII que quieran acceder a la etapa universitaria. Este proyecto está igualmente integrado en el programa FECTY 2013 «Talleres de ciencia con talento creativo».

This article reports an educative activity about the teaching in media, realized in the non-compulsory subject “Mediatic Literacy”, belonging to 4th course of Journalism Grade. The main objective of this course is to design an interactive workshop headed to students of 3rd, 4th of ESO and 1st of Bachillerato, who are identified as having “High Intellectual Capacities”. The journalism students have been the main promoters of this activity, planning it and imparting the lessons under the direct supervision of teacher Laura López Romero. It is included in the MENTORAC-UMA researching project, which listens to the students with AACCII and desire to access to the university stage in their lifes. This project is also integrated in the program FECTY 2013: “Science workshops with creative talents”.
