Los medios de comunicación de masas, al mismo tiempo que son vehículo de colonización y de transmisión cultural, permiten a los ciudadanos, a los grupos étnicos más reducidos o de menos poder social y cultural, acceder a la información de la misma forma que los más capaces económicamente. Al mestizaje biológico, indiscutible como elemento de crecimiento en la historia de la especie humana y de sus variedades étnicas, se une el mestizaje cultural, necesario para la supervivencia de la especie humana. El cine, la fotografía, el mundo de la imagen y de los medios de comunicación ayudan a establecer las pautas de conducta para que las sociedades se solidaricen. El resto es responsabilidad de cada sociedad, de sus familias y de su sistema educativo.
The mass media, a vehicle for colonization and cultural transmission, allows citizens, ethnic groups more reduced or with less social and cultural power, access to information in the same way as the most economically capable. Biological miscegenation, indisputable as an element of growth in the history of the human species and its ethnic varieties, joins the cultural miscegenation, necessary for the survival of the human species. The cinema, the photography, the world of the image and of the mass media help to establish the guidelines of conduct so that the societies are in solidarity. The rest is the responsibility of each society, their families and their educational system.
