| dc.description.abstract | An initial study of hydraulic characteristics of the ASSUT-1 channel has been produced and the results are presented here. This experimental equipment was created in order to develop studies in the modelling of transport and accumulation of sediments. The ASSUT-1 channel is part of the Laboratori de Simulació de Processos Geològics (SIMGEO). This laboratory which is shared with the Institut de Ciències de la Terra (CSIC) is located in the underground of the building of the Faculty of Geology.
