Victima de red de explotación sexual y violencia de género

Abstract

La experiencia traumática que padeció esta usuaria, a través de la red de tráfico de personas que la trajo a España, en lo referente a la explotación sexual a la que fue sometida, influyó y condicionó su relación con un chico de nacionalidad española. Sufrió violencia de género, que no solo le afectó individualmente, sino que incidió sobre los demás miembros de su familia: hijos y padres. Al igual que su salida de la red de explotación sexual, el freno a la situación de violencia de género que padeció fue propiciada por una denuncia a la policía por parte de terceras personas, que le apoyaron. La presión e influencia de su esposo, hijos y padres, le cohibían para no defenderse del maltrato infringido por el propio marido. Esta usuaria fue atendida en un primer momento en un Servicio Básico, y con posterioridad fue derivada a un Dispositivo Especializado en Violencia de Género, ambos de carácter público, que pertenecen al Sistema de Servicios Sociales. Con el apoyo de su red familiar y los dispositivos citados, ha logrado afrontar su situación-problema.

The traumatic experience that this user suffered through the network of human trafficking that brought her to Spain, with regard to sexual exploitation to which she was subjected to, influenced and conditioned her relationship with a boy of Spanish nationality. She suffered gender based violence which did not affect only her, individually, but which impacted other family members: parents and children. Not only was her exit from the network of sexual exploitation prompted by a complaint by third parties who supported her, but the complaint also stopped the gender based violence she suffered. The pressure and influence of her husband, children and parents inhibited her from defending herself from the abuse inflicted by her own husband. This user was initially treated by Basic Services and later was referred to a department specializing in gender based violence, both public and belonging to the Social Services System. She has face up to her problem, with support from her family net and the previously mentioned departaments.
