La investigación-acción cooperativa y la formación del profesorado en contextos educativos multiculturales

Abstract

Este artículo plantea el abordaje de los contextos educativos multiculturales actuales desde la perspectiva Investigadora y formadora de la investigaciónacción cooperativa. La autora, partiendo de la realidad pluricultural de las sociedades modernas europeas, en concreto de la andaluza, postula el enfoque cooperativo como modalidad de formación del profesorado, haciendo un repaso desde sus orígenes en la investigación-acción, como expresión de la investigación desde la «escuela». A continuación la diferencia de ésta, definiéndola como un trabajo en equipo entre investigadores yprácticos con el propósito de resolverlos problemas de los segundos, y señalando sus rasgos principales. Destaca entre éstos la función de formación de los miembros que en ella participan y señala el proceso metodológico a seguir, Identificando fases, técnicas y estrategias. Finalmente señala las condiciones que deben darse para llevar a cabo una investigación cooperativa.________________________________ This article proposes tackling present-day multicultural educational contexts from the training and research perspective of the cooperative research-action. The author, taking as point of departure the multicultural reality of modern European societies, specially the one of Andalusia, postulates that the cooperative approach should be taken as the model for the training of teachers, making a revision from its origins in the research action, as an expression of the research from the 'schools. Immediately after, she differentiates it from this one, defining it as a team work made by researchers and the other scholars who put this theory in practice with the purpose of solving the problems of the second ones, and pointing out Its main characteristics. Among these characteristics the most outstanding one is the training function of its members. The author also points out the methodological process to follow, identifying phases, technique and strategies. Finally, the article indicates the conditions necessary for carrying out a cooperative research.
