El objetivo de este artículo es explicar, compartir y hacer públicos algunos
pensamientos e ideas sobre la Universidad y la cultura del profesorado universitario.
Se parte de la idea de que no existe armonía entre la gestión, la
técnica y la cultura universitaria. Si como docentes aprendemos de la experiencia
y del ambiente de trabajo, entonces cabe preguntarse por nuestras
experiencias y por los conocimientos que a travcs de ellas hemos generado,
para mantenerlos o rechazarlos. En este punto, la escritura se presenta como
instrumento de reflexión y expresión que puede utilizarse para modificar la
acción (la gestión, la cultura o la técnica). Partiendo de estos supuestos se
ofrecen tres textos y tres contextos, algunas ideas espontáneas, sentidas y
sufridas que pretenden descubrir cómo nos constituimos y formamos en nuestra
«carrera docente».___________________________________
The aim of this paper is to explain, share and make some thoughts and ideas
public about the university and the culture of university professors. It starts
with the idea that there is a lack of harmony between managment, technique
and culture within the university. If we, as professors, learn from experience
and environment, then our knowledge obtained through the experiences,
should be assessed whether to maintain it or not. At this point the writing is
presented as an instrument for reflection and expression that can be used to
modify the action (the managment, the culture or the technique). With these
assumptions in mind there are three writings and three contexts, including
some spontaneous ideas, aiming to discover how we get our professional skills.
