El cumplimiento de la Carta Social Europea por España es una cuestión que merece
un estudio riguroso y exhaustivo para evaluar
con verdadera justicia si España cumple o ni
siquiera tiene que cumplir el contenido de dicho documento. En este trabajo analizamos
las últimas Conclusiones (2016) del Comité
Europeo de Derechos Sociales, relativas al
bloque temático de empleo, para observar de
qué manera se comporta España al respecto.
Como veremos, dicho análisis va a poner de
relieve que España es un país tradicionalmente incumplidor de los preceptos de la Carta Social Europea
The compliance of the European Social
Charter by Spain is a question that deserves a
rigorous and exhaustive study to evaluate with
true justice if Spain comply or does not even
have to comply with the content of the document. In this paper we analyze the last Conclusions (2016) of the European Committee of
Social Rights, related to the thematic block of
employment, to observe how Spain behaves in
this regard. As we shall see, this analysis will
emphazise that Spain is a country traditionally
defaulter of the precepts of the European Social
