Aplicación del listado de situaciones estresantes para el arbitraje (lisea) en árbitros de fútbol

Abstract

El objetivo del trabajo es analizar el comportamiento del Listado de Situaciones Estresantes para el Arbitraje (LISEA), desarrollado en árbitros de baloncesto, cuando es aplicado a los árbitros de fútbol. Han participado un total de 111 árbitros de fútbol que pertenecen tanto al Comité Técnico de Árbitros de Huelva (CA-Huelva) como de Sevilla (CA-Sevilla). La prueba evalúa la intensidad y direccionalidad emocional relacionada a claves contextuales, en los momentos previos y durante el encuentro. El instrumento mostró una alta fiabilidad en la condición de intensidad de los cambios emocionales (.879 antes del partido y de .908 durante el partido) y direccionalidad (.927 antes del partido y de .947 durante el partido). Los resultados indican que las distintas fuentes de estrés percibidas influyen de manera significativa y diferente según el momento temporal, existiendo correlación negativa entre la “presencia de informador”, “presencia de los medios de comunicación”, “compañero de arbitraje” y los años de experiencia de los árbitros de fútbol. En la direccionalidad se encontraron correlaciones significativas en “puesto que ocupa en la liga” y “compañero de arbitraje”. La incidencia resultó ser significativamente más alta antes del partido que durante el mismo.

The objective of the work is to analyze the behavior of the List of Stressful Situations for Arbitration (LISEA), developed in basketball referees, when it is applied to soccer referees. A total of 111 football referees have participated, belonging to both the Technical Committee of Referees of Huelva (CA-Huelva) and Seville (CA-Seville). The test evaluates the intensity and emotional directionality related to contextual cues, in the previous moments and during the encounter. The instrument showed high reliability in the intensity condition of emotional changes (.879 before the match and .908 during the match) and directionality (.927 before the match and .947 during the match). The results indicate that the different sources of perceived stress influence significantly and differently according to the time point, with a negative correlation between the presence of informant and presence of the media and the partner of arbitration and the years of experience of the football referees. In the directionality significant correlations were found in "position occupied in the league" and "companion of arbitration". The incidence was significantly higher before the match than during the match.
