Abstract

El articulo escrito por la Prof. Estelle Kreslo de la Universidad Libre de Bruselas y titulado" Mínimos sociales y condición salarial, Europa vista desde abajo " se basa en una investigación que está realizando esta Universidad conjuntamente con otras de Francia, Alemania, Reino Unido y Bélgica sobre la forma en que las medidas de protección influyen sobre la vida y los proyectos de las personas que viven con unos mínimos sociales, prestaciones o bajos salarios. Para ello han analizado un volumen importante de testimonios. Éstos vienen de todos los contornos : beneficiarios, agentes de inserción, funcionarios o sindicalistas. El tratar el tema desde ´ abajo ª significa que se ha querido demostar la unicidad del problema a traves de las trayectorias individuales y a pesar de la diversidad de los estatus y de las prestaciones existentes. El articulo se basa esencialmente en el testimonio de Danielle. Esta fue la primera entrevista realizada en Bélgica. La trayectoria de Danielle muestra la experiencia y el sentido crítico de esta mujer. Como dice la autora del articulo: Danielle ya habia pensado en todo el tema de las políticas de inserción sólo hay que seguirla y reflexionar con ella.

The article proposed by the professor Estelle Krzeslo of the Free University of Brussels: “Social minima and salary condition, Europe seen from below”, it is based on an investigation being carried out by this University together with others from France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Belgium on the way in which protection measures influence the life and projects of people living with social minimums, benefits or low wages. For this, they have analyzed an important volume of testimonies. They came from all contours: beneficiaries, insertion agents, officials or trade unionists. Addressing the issue from 'below' means that we wanted to demonstrate the uniqueness of the problem through individual trajectories and despite the diversity of existing status and benefits. The article is based essentially on the testimony of Danielle. This was the first interview realized in Belgium. Danielle's career exposes the experience and critical sense of this woman. As the author of the article says: Danielle had already thought about the whole issue of insertion policies, you just have to follow her and reflect with her.
