In the studied area (Villanueva del Rio y Minas, Sevilla) theses surfaces allow us to identify different erosion levels and various morphological structures linked to such surfaces. According to: i) the transgressive deposits related to these relieves, ii) the types of materials that these surfaces have associated (sediments or substratum) and, iii) its topographic elevation, we can link these geomorphologic structures (“plataformas”, “mesas” y “cuestas”) to a transgressed sedimentary environment, such as a rocky shoreline or a sandy-gravel beach. Other data such as the erosive agent (wave) that generated theses surfaces or the situation of the shoreline during Tortonian can be inferred}, publisher = {Sociedad Geológica de España}, keywords = {Erosion paleosurface}, keywords = {Transgressive lag deposits}, keywords = {Guadalquivir Basin}, title = {Análisis de modelados de erosión y depósitos residuales transgresivos en el Sector Central de la Cuenca del Guadalquivir (Tortoniense, SO de España)}, title = {Analysis of erosive modelated and transgressive lag deposits in the Central Sector of the Guadalquivir Basin (Tortonian, SW Spain)}, author = {Abad de los Santos, Manuel and Ruiz Muñoz, Francisco and Cantano Martín, Mercedes and Rodríguez Vidal, Joaquín and Pendón Martín, José Gabriel and González-Regalado Montero, María Luz and Mantero Romero, Elena María and Cáceres Puro, Luis Miguel}, }
