abstract = {Unidad familiar perteneciente a un municipio de menos de 20.000 habitantes,
con ciertas dificultades en el acceso a la red de recursos sanitarios especializados,
laborales, de respiro familiar, etc.; aunque bien comunicado con recursos educativos,
de ocio y tiempo libre.
La familia la conforman: los abuelos de 75 años de edad, ambos jubilados, que
conviven con una hija soltera con problemas de alcoholismo y desempleada, así como
otro hijo (discapacitado físico) que cohabita con su pareja (con trastorno mental grave)
y el hijo menor de ambos, de 9 años de edad.
Este caso se recepciona y comienza a trabajarse en los Servicios Sociales
Comunitarios del municipio, donde se desarrolla un Programa de Intervención
Familiar, tras el cual se valora la derivación del mismo al Equipo de Tratamiento
Familiar (ETF) ya que necesita de una intervención más intensiva y especializada, con
los abuelos, padres y sobre todo, con el menor, que comienza a manifestar conductas
impositivas y agresivas en el entorno familiar.
La coordinación entre el ETF, los SS.SS.CC, el Centro de Salud, Salud Mental y
el Colegio Público del municipio, será muy estrecha, clave para complementar
intervenciones. El estudio y evaluación inicial familiar va a ser de suma importancia

para realizar un completo diagnóstico descriptivo, hipótesis acertadas y posterior
tratamiento con aplicación de distintas directrices, estrategias y orientaciones
profesionales, mediante el uso de recursos sociales y temporalizaciones adecuadas.
La familia demanda ayudas técnicas, económicas e institucionales para los
padres del menor, pero no perciben problemática actual o riesgos futuros para el
desarrollo personal del niño},

Made up of the family: grandparents of 75 years of age, both retired, living with
a daughter unmarried with problems of alcoholism and unemployed, as well as

This case is harvested and starts working in Community Social Services of the
municipality, where it develops a program of family intervention, after which is valued
the derivation to the Family Treatment Team (ETF) because they need more intensive
and specialized intervention with grandparents, parents and, above all, with the
youngest, who begins to manifest authoritarian and aggressive conducts in their family
environment.
Coordination between the ETF, Community Social Services, the local Health
Center, Mental Health Unit and Public School of the municipality, will be very close,
key to complement interventions. The family initial study and evaluation will be crucial
for performing a complete descriptive diagnosis, successful hypothesis, and the
subsequent treatment with application of various guidelines, strategies and
professional guidelines, through the use of social resources and appropriate
temporalizations.
Family sues technical, economic and institutional aid for parents of the child,
but they do not perceive that current problems and future risks may influence in
personal development of the child},
