abstract = {Se plantea un caso de violencia de género que se presenta en un Centro de
Atención Primaria de Salud, surgiendo el dilema ético de respetar el proceso de
toma de conciencia y decisión de la mujer y cumplir el imperativo legal de
informar a Fiscalía. Se trabaja el caso a nivel individual en consulta de trabajo
social y en grupo mediante su inclusión en grupos socioeducativos de
habilidades sociales dirigidos a mujeres con malestar y sufrimiento psicológico.
Se expone cómo tras el inicio de un proceso de cambio se fracasa en la ruptura
de la situación de violencia a raíz de una intervención legal dirigida a la
protección de la mujer.},

Care, an emerging ethical dilemma of respect the process of awareness and
choice of women and meeting the legal requirement to inform the Prosecutor. I
