abstract = {En la actualidad, el patrimonio cultural se concibe como un motor de desarrollo y enriquecimiento social e, igualmente, adquiere cada vez más protagonismo en las actividades empresariales. Todo ello lo vemos expresado en unas determinadas leyes y actuaciones de las administraciones públicas para su protección. Sin embargo, esta misma protección implica restricciones que limitan la rentabilidad de las inversiones para su puesta en valor y aprovechamiento, a pesar de ser ambos objetivos que las propias leyes de patrimonio cultural se proponen alcanzar. Ante esta tensión entre objetivos y limitaciones que las propias leyes marcan, estudiamos las barreras institucionales que obstaculizan la puesta en valor del Real de la almadraba de Nueva Umbría –Bien de Interés Cultural- con el apoyo de su inclusión en el mercado de bienes y servicios.},
abstract = {Currently, the cultural heritage is conceived as an engine for the development and enrichment of the societies, acquiring more and more prominence in business activities. We see all this expressed in certain laws and actions of public administrations for its protection. Nevertheless, this protection implies restrictions that limit the profitability of investments for the enhancement and use of heritage assets, even though both are objetives to the laws of protection of the cultural heritage. Given this tension between objetives and limitations by the laws themselves set, we study the institutional barriers of the put in value of the Real de la almadraba de Nueva Umbría –Asset of Cultural Interest- with its incorporation to the market of goods and services.},
