New amino acid racemization dating data from four Guadix-Baza basin (Cullar-Baza area) localities are presented. The former mathematical algorithms were improved to new ones based oh palaeomagnetical data from the basin.Dallo/isoleucine and D/L leucine racemization ratios were employed because they show the highest reliability for old sites dating. The palaeontological localities: Vehta Micena, Huescar-i, Cullar Baza-1 and Fuente Amarga-1 were dated as weli as a fluvial terrace linked to the beginingof the opening of the basin at the end of Middle Pleistocene times. For dating analysis, Ostracoda, using their equivalent ratios, and Gastropoda shells have been useden_US
