El conocer las competencias digitales con las que cuentan los colaboradores de distintas organizaciones en
algunas ciudades de méxico, es un tema que no debe posponerse y debe vincularse desde las universidades para adquirir
dichas competencias. Se tiene un primer resultado de una investigación realizada a 61 estudiantes de un posgrado en
administración de negocios, cuyo objetivo es identificar en ellos algunas competencias digitales en tIC con las que
cuentan y que aplican en las organizaciones de distintos sectores donde laboran. además de contrastar grupos de edades
con las tres competencias digitales en tIC que resulten más significativas en este estudio.
Se situó como una investigación de tipo exploratoria, descriptiva-transversal con un enfoque mixto. Se adaptó y aplicó un
cuestionario con 17 ítems con una escala gradual del 1 al 5 y mediante estadística descriptiva, aplicación de pareto, así
como estadística inferencial no paramétrica se detectaron las principales competencias digitales en tIC, con las que los
estudiantes se sienten completamente eficaces en su dominio, así como aquellas que no dominan y por consecuencia se
sienten ineficaces para realizar lo que se presenta. además, se identificó la incidencia que tiene la edad sobre el dominio
de estas competencias
Knowing the digital competences that collaborators from different organizations have in some cities in

Stood as an exploratory, descriptive-transversal research with a mixed approach. a questionnaire with 17 items was
adapted and applied with a gradual scale from 1 to 5 and by means of descriptive statistics, pareto application, as well as
non-parametric inferential statistics, the main digital ICt competences were detected, with which the students feel
completely effective in their domain, as well as those who do not dominate and consequently feel ineffective to carry out
