The magnetic susceptibility anisotropy of 202 sites from the Variscan Guitiriz and HombreiroSanta Eulalia granites (Galicia, Spain) has been measured. The magnetic fabric is directly related to the field structures. The Guitiriz granite is characterized by Noth-South trending magnetic lineations whereas the Hombreiro-Santa Eulalia shows East-West trending magnetic lineationses_ES
