Recent Holocene sequence of coastal dunes in Puerto de Santa Maria (Cadiz, Spain)

dc.description.abstractThe morphosedimentological analysis andgeoarchaeological data recorded in recent coastal dunes of Puerto de Santa Maria littoral (Cadiz) shows a sequence with three Late Holocene aeolian sand cover. The oldest one belongs to protohistorical times (around3000/2000yr. BP), while the latter two occured in historical times (<2000yr. BP). In this work, the phases of aeolian sand cover evolution are linked with the Late Holocene coastlines changes and the human induced effectsen_US
